Has the Infobar appeared?
If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or later on Windows XP SP2 or later then the Explorer Information bar may appear while trying to install ScriptX, it looks like this:
If the bar has appeared, follow the instructions: click on the bar and then select Install ActiveX Control...
Are you an administrator?
ScriptX is code that requires you have administrator rights on your machine in order to install it successfully.
If you are not an administrator, please contact your administrator and ask them to install ScriptX for you.

A notable improvement included in Internet Explorer 7 and 8 is the enhancements to printing; enhanced facilities within print preview and automatic scale to fit printing.

This document makes use of the free ScriptX ActiveX control - if you print the document, it will scale to fit the paper. If you preview this document you will see an IE 7 style preview whatever version Internet Explorer you are using.
The following paragraphs are deliberately formatted wide (set to 230mm) - if you are printing to A4 paper, on IE 6 or earlier, the output would have been clipped. Here, the print will be scaled to fit the paper.
